Jenny Alfandary is CIO & Executive Vice President of Software Development & Technology at Aritel Communications, an independent software company specializing in design, architecture and development of software products and technologies. In addition, Jenny is a Keynote Speaker and provides Leadership and Strategy Advisory services, leading companies in early stage seed funding through strategy, business and marketing plans.
After qualifying as military pilot in the Ukraine Defence Force, Jenny began her career at a major bank and then at Comverse Network Systems (now Xura/Mavenir), a global leader in next generation digital communications services. She has held numerous executive roles in IT and software development, in Telecom and financial industries, most recently serving 5 years as Head of Product Development at Siemens Canada prior to joining Aritel.
Jenny holds a Bachelor degree in Statistics & Computer Science, a Bachelor degree in Aerospace Engineering and an MBA in Management Information Systems & Technology. A Certified Scrum Master and a Mentor at the Ministry of Economic Development, Employment & Infrastructure, she is interested in corporate development, public sector institutional strengthening and emerging technology management.
